Checking the pump
The oil level must be checked at regular intervals. The first oil change must be carried out after the first 50 operating hours and subsequently every 300 operating hours. LEMA V6 high performance pump oil should be used!
Checking the water inlet filter
The filter must be checked and cleaned regularly. This maintenance work is essential to avoid water shortage due to clogging.
Cleaning the filter in the water tank
Loosen the threaded connection and remove the filter from the water tank and clean it with a jet of compressed air. If the filter is still dirty or worn after cleaning, it must be replaced.
Replacement of the lance nozzle
The nozzle must be replaced if it is washed out, causing the pressure to drop below normal.
Electric motor
The electric motor is equipped with a magnetic-thermal switch(heavy current). In the event of a malfunction of the motor, these are switched on and the motor is switched off. Wait 5-10min before restarting. If the fault is not rectified after this, LEMA customer service or an authorised LEMA workshop must be consulted.
Electrical cables
The electric cable must not be damaged. In the event of damage, this must be replaced with a special cable of type H07RNF in accordance with the present wiring diagram by qualified personnel only.
Fuel filter
The fuel filter (exposed in the oil pump and oil line) must be checked regularly and replaced if worn or dirty.
Decalcification
The appliance must be decalcified regularly. The frequency depends on the respective water hardness. If a limescale protection system is available, check the filling level regularly and, if necessary, order and refill liquid decalcifier (Art. No. 15435).
